Thanksgiving in Waikiki

This year we were very fortunate to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family from Utah. We get to see each other maybe once or twice a year, so any visit is a momentous occasion for all of us! This year we happened to celebrate Thanksgiving in Waikiki. It was great! It was the first for myself and Huy. My in-laws stayed at the Grand Waikikian and got a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen. It was the perfect place to have Thanksgiving dinner/second dinner/next day breakfast...

Our Thanksgiving feast...It was simple yet, satisfying. Turkey, corn bread, green bean casserole, stuffing, yams, potatoes, cranberry jello (missing from pic), gravy...it turned out pretty yummy. Plus this was the first time I ever brined a Turkey!
