For the Martin Luther King holiday Huy and his buddies from work coordinated each of their schedules to be off from work so we could do a whole family fun day together! Huy's friend Del decided to head out to the north shore to have a fun-filled beach and potluck day at Turtle Bay. Such a great idea!! We had so much fun!!! Elle especially enjoyed it because she had her two buddies with her.
The day started off meeting in Mililani at Del's house. We then all convoyed it down to Giovanni's shrimp truck in Kahuku for some yummy garlic shrimp. Then off to Turtle Bay. We set up on the lawn area with our blankets, tables, chairs and food. Everyone was ready to jump in the water, especially the girls. The weather was nice and hot so it was perfect!

I LOVE Huy's co-workers! I hope we can continue to do these family fun outings more often.
I am also EXTREMELY grateful for Del and his wonderful camera that captures special moments like these for us to enjoy and remember!! Thanks Del!
We are already planning 4th of July at Turtle Bay! :)
